about us
Who is MILA
MILA was founded in 2018 and we are here to make the elderly and those who care for them feel good. Each year we touch the lives of 400 caregivers and the more than 800 clients who live in care homes. We build our work on openness, meaningfulness, honesty and joy. In everything we do, we continuously work to raise the prestige of the care profession and improve the conditions for it. We firmly believe that only where caregivers are happy, the clients can be happy too.
In addition to supporting people who care, we initiate systemic changes, organize the care conference Jiskříme, raise awareness of care work and are official ambassadors of the Namaste Care method in the Czech Republic.
